The initial experience removing water and some carpentry was excellent, but I wasn't pleased with the carpet installation.
I spoke to Josiah Kessie and he immediately handled the problem to my utmost satisfaction. With this kind of response, customer service from them, was EXCELLENT. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They came out very fast. I called and the girl on the other end said let me find out where they are and when they can get there. She called back in just a few minutes and said they would be here in about an hour and a half. In about an hour and a half they showed up and began to go to work.

My experience was needless to say amazing! As a first time home owner and buyer me and my wife ran into our fair share of horrors once we got to digging around.
There was mold under our floors and the crawl space underneath the house was in bad shape as well. We called PJ at Innovative and he didn’t beat around the bush and told us exactly what was wrong and left it up to us what we could do. Amazingly professional!
We decided on the pump and the dehumidifier/ encapsulation! Once we were squared away Mikel & Thomas were straight to work! ( if you choose this company I highly recommend them!).
They worked diligently and hard! They made sure to keep me updated with everything. And I mean everything. What turned out to be a nightmare for me and my wife they reassured us and showed us that it was all took care of!
Working as long as they could to make sure the job was done (not just their standards, but my wife’s and I as well).
If you’re looking at getting any of this kind of work done do not hesitate to call them! Michelle on the phone will get you in and help you with ease!

From start to completion every requirement was meet or exceeded. Michael Burton set the tone with a up front quote. Michele Wilder was a joy to work with. Keean Ziele project manger, his effort as manger was head an shoulders above expectations . The installers Whitt and Jamey were GREAT all work was done as if it was their own home ,great communication, on time, clean up ect. I would re-hire in a heart beat.
