  My experience was needless to say amazing! As a first time home owner and buyer me and my wife ran into our fair share of horrors once we got to digging around.
  
  There was mold under our floors and the crawl space underneath the house was in bad shape as well. We called PJ at Innovative and he didn’t beat around the bush and told us exactly what was wrong and left it up to us what we could do. Amazingly professional!
  
  We decided on the pump and the dehumidifier/ encapsulation! Once we were squared away Mikel & Thomas were straight to work! ( if you choose this company I highly recommend them!).
  
  They worked diligently and hard! They made sure to keep me updated with everything. And I mean everything. What turned out to be a nightmare for me and my wife they reassured us and showed us that it was all took care of!
  
  Working as long as they could to make sure the job was done (not just their standards, but my wife’s and I as well).
  
  If you’re looking at getting any of this kind of work done do not hesitate to call them! Michelle on the phone will get you in and help you with ease!
  
  Great company and great people! I am blown away by the professionalism and job they did. 10/10 will call them again if we need anything done! Thank you guys so much!
