• Comment: I am very satisfied with the service from Innovative Restorations. I had a leak above my garage ceiling which resulted in dry wall falling down and a large patch of black mold. Innovative sent one of their emplyees who immediately removed all of the dry wall that was contaminated with mold and took all of the waste materials to a disposal site.
  Innovative then sent a skilled dry wall repair/installer who installed new dry wall, plastered, and sanded the affected area. The garage ceiling was a mottled or "popcorn" surface and he skilfully matched the repaired area to the rest of the ceiling. He finished the job off with several coats of paint which matched so well one cannot easily discern the location of the patch.
  
  The final price was exactly as estimated. If I ever have repair or restoration jobs in the future I will certainly contact Innovative Restorations
