• Comment: Had Innovative install a dehumidifier in my crawl space as well as seal the vents as the first phase of encapsulation. Work was performed to my satisfaction and everyone I interacted with was very friendly, polite, and professional. Had issues with timing of work being performed almost every time someone was coming to perform work we would find out when they were on their way which was typically two days to two weeks after the work was planned. The fact that my furnace intake needed to be routed from the outside was missed so that added a hick-up and cost that I wasn't expecting. Overall very pleased but wish it had been a smoother road.
