  Our first time ever having to deal with an issue of this magnatude....our hot water heater went out, leaked LOTS of water. Of course our first course of action was a plumber, Mr. Rooter. On Sunday, a day that we all prefer to be off work and spend time with our families the plumber came to our house to take care of our problem. He recommended Innovative Restoration- He even called them for me while he was here.
  About 20 minutes later I received a call from PJ with Innovative Restoration. He called to say that he was at a job but that he would be at my house in a few hours. Then he called when he was only 30 min away to let me know. Remember, this is a sunday! God Love them both, the plumber and PJ for caring enough about their customers to take of my needs on a day when they should be relaxing and enjoying family time. PJ was also very pleasant, patient and understanding. He explained the process and walked me through all that was going to happen. I am very thankful and so appreciative!!! Thank you so much Innovative Restoration- and PJ!!
