• Comment: We had water damage in a home we don't live in. Mitigation and restoration had to be done while we were far away and unable to approve the work. When we were finally able to travel to the site, we were not completely satisfied. However, all it took was one phone call to bring a supervisor promptly. He arranged for a crew member to tweak and finish the project to our expectations. This man worked quickly and thoroughly, so now we have a beautiful bathroom again.
