The toilet tank has been leaking, affecting the guest room and closet and hallway. We took moisture readings and found moisture in the walls and floor of the bathroom. Water leaked into the closet of the adjacent room so we removed the carpet and padding and drywall that was affected. We extracted water from the floor and set up drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air dryers to finish the drying process. In the hallway, we set up dehumidifiers. We billed the homeowners insurance company for the work, saving them extra out of pocket expenses.
