Solutions provided:

Sewage backup from the toilet upstairs came down through the kitchen ceiling. We began by tarping off the kitchen and removed the drywall in the ceiling so we could assess the damage and dry out the ceiling. We set up air dryers and dehumidifiers in the kitchen. Upstairs, we took moisture readings in the bathrooms, removed two toilets and the flooring surrounding them. We then set up drying equipment in both bathrooms. The garage ceiling had some damage as well so we cut out part of the ceiling, removed insulation, and set up air dryers and dehumidifiers. We billed the homeowners insurance company for the work, saving them thousands in out of pocket expenses.
