An outside water line was leaking inside an interior wall and affected a bedroom and the living room. We identified the leak with moisture readings then removed the hardwood flooring as needed. We set up air dryers and dehumidifiers to complete the dry out process, ensuring all the moisture is gone to prevent mold from growing. We billed her insurance company for the work, saving her out of pocket expenses.
