Ice machine line leaked, which cracked the ceramic tiles. There is wet insulation & floor joists and went into the crawlspace.

Solutions provided:

The ice machine in the fridge leaked which affected the kitchen, dining room, closet and crawlspace. We removed the ceramic tile in order to dry out the sub floor underneath. We set up numerous dehumidifiers and air dryers inside and in the crawlspace. We continued to check moisture readings until everything was dry. We billed the insurance company for the work, which saved the homeowner thousands in out of pocket expenses.
