Why did the customer contact us?

They were having humidity issues inside the home causing mold in the kitchen cabinets and on clothing in the closets. Customer had air tested for mold as well before we came out, also had a dehumidifier put into the bathroom to try and help with the issues they were having.

Solutions provided:

Removed all of the old insulation in the crawl space before doing mold remediation. Did complete encapsulation of crawlspace as well as installing a dehumidifier and weather stripping around access door. We did a HEPA VAC of entire Crawlspace when installation was finished.
