Why did the customer contact us?

She had water seeping into her crawlspace at one corner, which was causing high humidity levels under the house. She wants make sure the humidity is kept down to prevent any issues that could happen from to much moisture being present in the crawlspace, such as mold which is a concern for her as well.

Solutions provided:

We removed and disposed of old insulation that was wet and falling down, did mold remediation and HEPA vac of entire crawlspace. We wrapped pillars and cover floors and walls with encapsulation liner, sealing crawlspace from moisture we also installed a complete dehumidifier unit for environment humidity level control.
